Here you can find the general and specific rules about validation and cancellations for different sports. If you do not agree to any of these betting rules, you must stop using the service immediately.
If the outcome of the market cannot be officially verified, Bwin.co.zm reserves the right to delay validation until it has official confirmation and cancels the market whose outcome cannot be determined.
If odds were offered when the outcome was already known, Bwin.co.zm reserves the right to void any bet placed.
In the event of obviously incorrectly displayed or calculated prices, Bwin.co.zm reserves the right to void bets.
If the broadcast has to be interrupted and the match ends normally, all odds will be validated according to the final result. If the result of an odd cannot be officially verified, Bwin.co.zm reserves the right to cancel it.
In the event of incorrect settlement of the markets, Bwin.co.zm reserves the right to correct them at any time.
If the match does not conform to the generally accepted format (e.g. unusual half time duration, technical reward/win, counting process, format of a match etc.) Bwin.co.zm reserves the right to cancel any rating.
If the rules or format of a match differ from our established standard, Bwin.co.zm reserves the right to cancel it.
If a match is not completed or not played (eg after disqualification, interruption, forfeit, change of draws etc.), all undecided odds will be considered void.
In the event that prizes are displayed or calculated incorrectly in a flagrant manner, Bwin.co.zm reserves the right to void any wager placed. This includes a deviation of more than 100% when paying compared to the average odds.
All odds (except odds at half time, during extra time or during the penalty shootout) are taken into account only for regulation time.
If a match is interrupted and then resumed within 48 hours of the initial kick-off, all open bets will stand according to the final result. Otherwise, all undecided bets will be considered void.
Regulation 90 minutes: Odds are based on the result at the end of regulation 90 minutes, unless otherwise stated. This includes added time but not extra time, penalty shootout time, or the golden goal.
If the odds remain open after the following events have already taken place: goals, red or yellow cards and penalties, Bwin.co.zm reserves the right to cancel the bet placed.
If the odds were opened with a missing or incorrect red card, Bwin.co.zm reserves the right to void the bet placed.
If the odds were offered with the wrong match time (more than 5 minutes), Bwin.co.zm reserves the right to void the bet placed.
If the wrong score is entered, all odds will be voided for the time the incorrect score is displayed.
If a match is interrupted or postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of the original kick-off date, wagers placed will be void.
If the names of the teams or the category are displayed incorrectly, Bwin.co.zm reserves the right to cancel the bet placed.
A yellow card counts as 1 card and a red card or two yellow cards count as 2 cards. The 2nd yellow card for a player, which leads to a red card, is not taken into consideration. Therefore, a player cannot receive more than 3 cards.
Validation will be made in accordance with all available evidence on the number of cards given during the regular playing time of 90 minutes.
Cards given after the match do not count.
Cards against “non-players” (substituted players, coaches, players on the bench) do not count.
A yellow card is worth 10 points and a red or 2 yellow cards are worth 25 points. The 2nd yellow card for a player, which leads to a red card, is not taken into consideration. Therefore, a player cannot receive more than 35 points with cards.
Validation will be made in accordance with all available evidence on the number of cards given during the regular playing time of 90 minutes.
Cards given after the match do not count.
Cards against “non-players” (substituted players, coaches, players on the bench) do not count.
Corners whistled but not taken do not count.
Own goals do not count towards the validation of the next goalscorer and will be ignored.
All players participating in the match from the kick-off or from the previous goal are considered participants.
All players currently participating in the match are listed. In the event that an unlisted player scores a goal, all bets on listed players will stand.
The ratings will be validated according to the inlays on TV and the statistics provided by “Press Association” unless the latter are deemed to be erroneous.
Own goals will not count towards the goalscorer’s validation at any time and will be ignored.
All players who took part in the match are considered participants. In the event that an unlisted player scores a goal, all bets on listed players will stand.
In the event that a match is not completed within 48 hours of the initial kick off, all bets will be considered void even for players who have already scored.
Ratings will be validated based on TV inlays and statistics provided by the Press Association and on our servers.
Important:
In the event of a player withdrawing by default, all undecided bets will be considered void.
In the event of a postponement (rain, darkness, etc.) all odds remain as not validated and the market will resume as soon as the match resumes.
If penalty points are awarded by the referee, all bets on this game stand.
In the event of a match ending before certain points/games are completed, all odds on the points/games affected will be considered void.
If the odds left open with an incorrect score have a significant impact on prices, we reserve the right to void the wager placed.
In the event that players/teams are displayed incorrectly, Bwin.co.zm reserves the right to void the bet placed.
In the event of a player withdrawing, all undecided odds are considered void.
If a match is decided by a tie-break then it will be considered the 3rd set.
Each tiebreaker or tiebreak counts as 1 game.
Important:
Odds do not take overtime into account unless otherwise stated.
Rules on validation and cancellations

By purchasing a ticket, the customer is deemed to have read and understood the full rules and agrees to abide by the Gambling Rules.
General game rules
minimum stake is 1 ZMW for all bets offered by Bwin.zm, unless otherwise specified for a particular agency. The maximum payout is 1000000 ZMW per customer per day, bonus included, for a winning ticket.
When a bet is placed and accepted, the customer is responsible for making payment of the amount equal to the stake before the event(s) selected, failing which it will be cancelled.
Bwin.co.zm reserves the right to accept, not accept or partially accept proposed bets requested by the customer.
The customer must check that the information provided is correct before definitively confirming the bet.
Bets will be accepted until the closing time of sales indicated for the particular match. In some cases this will be at the sole discretion of Bwin.co.zm.
Sometimes tournaments, friendlies or other matches have match times that differ from the usual two 45-minute halves. Bwin.co.zm endeavors to announce these match times. If a different match time is not announced, it is the customer’s responsibility to carry out the verifications and the bets on the match considered as already committed will not be cancelled. If, in a match scheduled for two 45-minute halves, the referee blows the whistle for the end of the game when it appears that the match time differs from the 2 45-minute halves, then bets will be active. If the referee for any reason declares the match a forfeit, bets will be void and stakes returned.
However, such a case is limited to “regular” playing time does not include any extension as overtime, unless explicitly stated otherwise. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of the duration of the event before placing their bets.

Abandonment for any reason, bets will be void and stake refunded.
If a match is interrupted before the end of regulation time, and not completed within 48 hours (local time of the venue of the match), then live bets on the outcome of the match are considered void and all stakes will be returned.
Circumstances may arise where a bet is confirmed, or a payout has been made, in error by us. The following examples are a non-exhaustive list of such circumstances:
(c) whenever a bet has been erroneously accepted in a contract that should have been suspended or cancelled
In all such cases, Bwin.co.zm reserves the right to void all accepted bets containing such an error or to correct the error made by returning all bets to the correct price/spreads/conditions which should have been available at the time the bet was placed absent the error.
You have an obligation to notify us as soon as possible of any time wrongly credited to your account. We may at any time offset any positive balance resulting from the erroneous operation, as well as cancel any bets or transactions made with the funds credited in error.
Neither Bwin.co.zm (including our employees or agents) nor our partners or suppliers are responsible for any loss resulting from any error made.
Bwin.co.zm does not guarantee that odds will be offered at any specific time during the match.
When the name of a team is followed by “(pen)” or “(Penalties)”, this only applies to penalty shootouts.
Not using it but may in the future
For scoring purposes, when placing a live bet on Asian Handicap Football, the handicap line and odds displayed are for the match from the time the bet is accepted. Previously scored goals (e.g. current score) are ignored in a live bet with an Asian handicap. Unless otherwise specified, all live bets on Asian Handicap Football will be settled based on the number of goals scored in the remaining regular time. Any goals scored before the bet is accepted are not taken into account.
Bets placed on the final result after kick-off will be considered illegal even if accepted by the terminal (agent) and a ticket issued. A ticket including an illegal bet will be considered void.
For bets accepted on matches played earlier than originally scheduled, if the kick-off time of a particular match has been officially brought forward (match played earlier than scheduled), then the match will be considered void and will pay the amount of a winning bet with of 1.00.
In the event of a dispute, you agree that our server records shall be the final authority in determining the outcome of any claim.
Multiple bets that combine different selections within the same event are not accepted where the outcome of one affects or the usage affected by the other.
A number of bets may be treated as one where a customer places multiple copies of the same bet. When this happens, Bwin.co.zm reserves the right to void apart from the first bet struck. A number of bets containing the same single selection may be treated as one. An exemplary would be when a particular selection is included repeatedly in multiple bets involving other selections at a reduced price.
Where there is evidence that a series of bets each containing the same or very similar selection has been placed by or for the same individual or syndicate, Bwin.co.zm reserves the right to void bets.
Bwin.co.zm reserves the right to withhold payment and declare bets on an event void if we have evidence that what happened: (i) the integrity of the event was called into question or (ii ) a fixed match has taken place. Evidence may be based on the size, volumes or pattern of bets placed with Bwin.co.zm on any or all of our betting channels.
Bwin.co.zm makes every effort to ensure that there are no discrepancies between the match data in our official publications and the data printed on the ticket, and between the data printed on the ticket and that recorded in the central system.
However, if a bet is accepted, due to human error or a system problem, with different data on the ticket than that recorded in the system, the central system data will prevail. By purchasing a ticket, it is considered that the customer accepts the data from the central system as founded and complete.
A ticket marked as cancelled in the system will not be entitled to any payment, even if the cancellation is the result of human error or a system problem. In some cases at the sole discretion of Bwin.co.zm, the company may decide to refund the player the purchase amount of cancelled tickets.
A ticket not registered in the central system due to human error, a system problem or any other problem will be considered void and the ticket holder will be entitled to a refund of the ticket purchase amount.
A ticket not registered in the central system after the kick-off of the first disputed match printed on the ticket due to human error, a system problem or any other problem will be considered void and the holder of the ticket will be entitled to a refund of the ticket purchase amount.
A ticket registered after the end of the match will be an illegal bet and will be void.
Winning tickets are usually paid out after the last match on the ticket has ended. For rare cases, Bwin.zm may delay payment, at its sole discretion. For such cases, the company will publish an announcement for the public at its payment points.
This rule will always apply in cases where Bwin.co.zm fails to find a definite result for a given odds and therefore Bwin.co.zm will always pay out as a winning bet with.
Bwin.co.zm strives not to make errors when accepting bets. However, if by reason of an error a bet is accepted at a price (including odds, handicap provision, or other terms and conditions or bet details) serving to establish the correct price, Bwin.co.zm will take account the available prices of the general odds at the time the bet was placed, including the prices offered by other betting establishments. In this specific case, the best odds will be used.
For example: If the odds are recorded at 308 while offered in general odds at 3.08, then all winning bets will be settled at general market odds.
Please note that in such circumstances, Bwin.co.zm will always notify the customers who attempt or have placed bets on the error in question.
We accept no responsibility for any errors in the announcement, publication or marking of prices, handicaps, place conditions, betting information or results despite our best efforts to ensure accuracy. We ensure that no errors are made in the prices offered or bets accepted. However, human error and system error can sometimes lead to errors. Bwin.co.zm reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions and to void any bet placed where it occurred. In the event of errors in the prices transmitted, (including for example where the price displayed is materially different from those available in the general market or the price is clearly incorrect based on all the circumstances), bets will be settled at the correct price. at the time of acceptance. If bets are accepted by us on an event or the offer of a price on the event itself (rather than the price),was an error, the bet will be void and your stake will be refunded.
Neither Bwin.co.zm (including employees and agents) nor our partners or suppliers are liable for any loss resulting from any errors made. Bets placed to cover erroneous bets will stand unless compromised by errors. In the event of a malfunction of the website, all bets are void. Bwin.co.zm reserves the right to void any winnings earned due to hardware/software error or malfunction. We are not liable to you for any loss you may suffer as a result of such suspension or delay. In the event of a dispute between the result displayed on the media (other website) and on our servers, the result displayed on our servers will be the official and determining result.
Bwin.co.zm will take criminal and contractual sanctions against any customer or agent who is complicit in fraud, dishonesty or criminal actions. Bwin.co.zm will suspend payments to any customer suspected of any of these acts. The customer shall indemnify and be liable to Bwin.co.zm, on demand, for all costs, charges or losses incurred by Bwin.co.zm (including any direct, indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit and loss of reputation) resulting directly or indirectly from the fraud caused by the customer, from his dishonesty or from a criminal action. Bwin.co.zm reserves the right to suspend payment during the investigation period.
If the selection of a single bet is cancelled, the stake will be refunded. Voided selections in multiple bets will be treated as non-participating (considered a winning bet at odds of 1.00) and the stake will be applied to the remaining selections in the bet.
Football kick-off dates and times are shown on our website and fixtures are for guidance only and are not guaranteed to be correct. If a match does not start as scheduled, and does not start within 48 hours of the original published time (local time of the venue of the match), then bets on the match will not be active and will be returned.
* If a ticket that was refunded (ticket paid) to a customer includes a match that was rescheduled and played within 48 hours (regardless whether won or lost), then the customer should not be able to claim the bet on the specific postponed match that has already been paid.
Please always check that what is printed on your receipt is what you intended. Always ensure that you receive a receipt when paying for your bet. Remember to contact our staff members when you believe Bwin.co.zm has made an error(s) and confirm before the first match kicks off on your ticket.
28.Cancellation Rules
* Bets placed cannot be cancelled or amended after 10 minutes and cannot be cancelled on any live bets.
