The online account

To play on bwin, you have to “open” a game account. That is an electronic account that allows you to access and play with our products and into which you can deposit money and withdraw any winnings. This account will also keep track of all the bets you make, the winnings you get, the withdrawals you make, and the deposits you make.

The game account is personal, free, and can’t be given to or used by anyone else. Each customer has a single game account with a unique code that can be accessed with a username and a password (Pin).

I can't receive the registration code?

Please check your SMS messages because the registration code has been delivered to your phone number by SMS.

Make sure that the phone number you provided when you registered is accurate by going to the “My Profile” area of the site.

How can I open my online account?

Please visit our online website.
Simply select the “Join” option from the drop-down menu, and the registration form will pop up. Please include your name, and phone number.
Please type in the password. It needs to be at least 8 characters long and have both letters and numbers.
Please include both your first and last name in the spaces provided.
Ignore the box for entering the promotional code.
You must agree to the terms and conditions.
As a last step, click the term “Sign In.”
Please note that an SMS with a confirmation code will be sent to you; in order to confirm and activate your account, please enter that code.
Afterwards, in order to activate your account, you will need to fill out your profile information.
