• It is the participants’ responsibility to ensure that the phone number in their registered bwin account is correct. Failure to respond within 24 hours of contact from the Promoter may result in forfeit of the prize. If the Promoter deems the prize to have been forfeited, another winner may be chosen to receive the prize.
• The leader board prize winner’s first name(s) will be announced within 72 hours of the end of each leader board promotional period. Any personal information provided by participants shall be treated in accordance with BWIN Zambia’s privacy policy and applicable data protection legislation.
• The Promoter will use its reasonable efforts to ensure the prize is delivered to the winner within 72 hours from the date of acceptance.
• If a player wins one of the “Cash Amounts” or “Free Bets”, they will be credited to their bwin Zambia account within 72 hours of the weekly Promotion closing.
Trolley Dash Prize Specific Terms & Conditions
We are offering a trolley dash prize to the value of 4,000 ZMW included in this promotion. There are specific terms for acceptance of this prise as follows:
• The location for the trolley dash is limited to Shoprite stores in Lusaka area
• The specific shop will be selected by Bwin Zambia, as close to the player’s home address as possible. However, the player accepts that the store location may NOT be the closest Shoprite store to their home address
• The amount available for the trolley dash is limited to a value of 4,000 ZMW
• Winners have 60 seconds to pick any products that they want in their trolley. The Promoters accepts no liability for any further and or additional costs and/or expenses in relation to any additional costs on the products in their trolley. Should a winner take any products that amount to less than 4,000 ZMW, they forfeit the remaining balance. Should a winner take any products that amount to more than 4,000 ZMW, the winner may either decide to forego products of their choosing or to pay in the balance owing.
• The winner indemnifies the Promoters, its directors, employees, shareholders and agents against any claim of whatsoever nature howsoever arising.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating, you indemnify, release and agree to hold harmless the Promoters, their associated, holding and subsidiary companies, and their directors, officers, agents, representatives, shareholders, employees, successors, and assigns, from all claims or liability arising from participation in the Competition, any Competition related activity, and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any prize. The Promoters will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of incomplete or incorrect information provided.
• No alcohol or cigarettes can be included in the trolley dash items
• There is no cash alternative available to this prize
• The trolley dash prize is not transferable
• No minors under the age of 18 can accompany the prize winner as the event will be filmed
• Only one person can enter the trolley dash
• Proof of identity is required on the day of the trolley dash
• Winner forfeits the prize if not available on the day of the trolley dash unless a proxy is appointed and CS is informed 24hrs before the event
• By participating in this competition, all players acknowledge and agree that Bwin Zambia, its affiliates, and its employees shall not be held responsible or liable for any personal injury, harm, or damages incurred during or because of participation in the competition. Each player acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their own wellbeing, safety, and physical condition.
