General Terms & Conditions
By taking part in this BWIN Zambia Promotion (the “Promotion”) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The “Into The Universe” weekly tournament rounds run from the 7st of September 2023 at 00:01 GMT to the 27th of September 2023 at 23:59 GMT (the “Promotion Term”). By participating in the Promotion (as defined below), you hereby agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Round 11: 14.09.2023 00:01 GMT – 20.09.2023 23:59 GMT
Round 12: 21.09.2023 00:01 GMT – 27.09.2023 23:59 GMT
The Promotion is open to residents of Zambia who are 18 and over who have a registered account at BWIN Zambia and who are not self-excluded, including with any National Self-Exclusion scheme.
Winners will be required to satisfy any age, ID verification, responsible gambling, or other checks that the Promoter may perform in order to ensure the prizes are administered fairly and responsibly. The winner may be required to provide the Promoter with additional information and documents in order to satisfy such checks. Any failure to provide such information or documents, or to satisfy such checks will result in the winning entrant forfeiting the prize.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
In order to take part in the promotion a player must make a minimum qualifying bet of 4 ZMW in any of the participating games selected for this promotion. If the minimum qualifying bet is not available on one of the participating games, the closest higher bet amount shall constitute as the Minimum Qualifying Bet for that game.
The participating games for this promotion are located in the Casino Slots category “Spinomenal – Universe – K1,300,000”
Games not included in the category above, are excluded from the promotion.
PROMOTION MECHANICS
Each win will reward the Player with a certain amount of points, based on the following formula: (amount won / amount wagered) x100 (for example, if you wagered 10 ZMW and won 100 ZMW, you will be rewarded with 1,000 points). The more points a Player collects, the higher the Player’s position is on the tournament leaderboard, which shall include all Players from the platforms participating in the Tournament (the “Leaderboard”). The “Participating Games” and number of winning Players sharing the prize pool in each round shall be specified in the Player toolbar.
10% of the score each Player gains during each Tournament round will be collected as credit points and added to the Player’s score in the final round.
Each Player’s rank in the Leaderboard for each round will appear once they reach the qualifying score, as displayed on the Players’ toolbar.
The Tournament is available during real-money play only.
No additional deposits or costs by Players are required to participate in the Tournament.
By pressing the “OK” button in the Tournament pop-up presented to Players, each Player agrees to these Terms, the rules presented to the Player within the Tournament tool, and to all other Tournament terms and conditions set by the Operator hosting this Tournament.
Malfunctions and errors may void all play and pays.
Each Player participating in the Tournament will receive a unique Tournament ID for the Leaderboard.
If two or more Players have the same number of points at the end of each round, the Player who reached the points first will be ranked higher.
Only finished spins will qualify for the Leaderboard.
During the Tournament, Players may be offered to play all or some of the
Participating Games as part of various promotional efforts made available from time to time in accordance with the terms of such efforts. By participating in such efforts, Players may be rewarded with additional points.
AWARDING OF PRIZES
The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score displayed on the Players’ toolbar and the tables above.
Payment of the pool prizes will be credited to a player’s account within 72 hours from receipt of the Tournament results sent by Spinomenal excluding any applicable bank holidays.
All material prizes may be paid in a money equivalent.

The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict your access to this or any other Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
Spinomenal reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel September Power Weekends, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect players that have opted-in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behavior.
Where the Promoter suspects that a winning participant is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend and/or remove that participant from the Promotion, and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.

The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by Zambian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
