General Terms & Conditions

By taking part in this BWIN Zambia Promotion (the “Promotion”) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
The promotional period for this offer is from 01.03.23 GMT 00:00 to 26.04.23 GMT 23:59 considering it as the “promotional period”
The promotional period will be divided into 8 different and individual rounds with the following dates:

The Promotion is open to residents of Zambia who are 18 and over who have a registered account at BWIN Zambia and who are not self-excluded, including with any National Self-Exclusion scheme. 
Winners will be required to satisfy any age, ID verification, responsible gambling, or other checks that the Promoter may perform in order to ensure the prizes are administered fairly and responsibly. The winner may be required to provide the Promoter with additional information and documents in order to satisfy such checks. Any failure to provide such information or documents, or to satisfy such checks will result in the winning entrant forfeiting the prize.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE 
Each win rewards the Player with a score based on the win multiplier (for example, if you waged 1 ZMW and won 10 ZMW, you will be rewarded with 10 points). The more points a Player collects, the higher the Player’s position is on the tournament leaderboard, which shall include all Players from the platforms participating in the Tournament (the “Leaderboard”).

10% of the score each Player gains during each Tournament round will be collected as credit points and added to the Player’s score in the final round (Round 8).
Each Player’s rank in the Leaderboard for each round will appear once they reach the qualifying score, as displayed on the Players’ toolbar.
The Tournament is available during real-money play
Minimum qualifying bet per spin to participate in the Tournament is 4.1 ZMW (“Minimum Qualifying Bet”). If the Minimum Qualifying Bet is not available on one of the Participating Games, the closest higher bet amount shall constitute as the Minimum Qualifying Bet for that

Participation in the Tournament is automatic once a Player waged at least a Minimum Qualifying Bet in one of the Participating Games. By qualifying for the Tournament and playing the games, each Player agrees to these terms and conditions and to all other terms and conditions set by the Operator hosting this tournament
Each Player participating in the Tournament will receive a unique Tournament ID for the Leaderboard, per each currency that Player plays Changing the currency during the duration of the Tournament may reset the Player’s progress on the Leaderboard.
If two or more Players have the same number of points at the end of each round, the Player who reached the points first will be ranked higher.
Only finished spins will qualify for the

During the Tournament, Players may be offered to play the Participating Games as part of various promotional efforts made available from time to time in accordance with the terms of such efforts. By participating in such efforts, Players may be rewarded with additional points.
The rules, terms, and conditions of the tournament are subject to all applicable laws and can be changed at any time upon prior written notice to Players participating in the Players’ continued participation in the Tournament following such notice shall constitute its acceptance of such changes. The Operator together with its partners reserves the right to stop the Tournament at any time for an indefinite period without paying the prizes.

•  The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict your access to this or any other Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.   
•  Where the Promoter suspects that a winning participant is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend and/or remove that participant from the Competition, and/or suspend the Competition pending further investigation. 
• The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social network.      
• The Promoter assumes no responsibility or liability for: (i) communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Competition; (ii) inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof; or (iii) to the fullest extent allowed by law, any loss or injury resulting from Competition participation or the acceptance of a prize. 
• The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this Competition, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure. 
• The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Zambian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
