Trolley Dash Prize Specific Terms & Conditions

• We are offering a trolley dash prize to the value of K2,500 included in this promotion. There are specific terms for acceptance of this prise as follows:
• The location for the trolley dash is limited to Shoprite stores in Lusaka area
• The specific shop will be selected by Bwin Zambia, as close to the player’s home address as possible. However, the player accepts that the store location may NOT be the closest Shoprite store to their home address
• The amount available for the trolley dash is limited to a value of K2,500
• If a player is not a resident close to Lusaka, and can prove their residential address and as a result unable to make it to Lusaka for the trolley dash, we will offer a gift card alternative to the value of K2,500
• Winners have 60 seconds to pick any products that they want in their trolley. The Promoters accepts no liability for any further and or additional costs and/or expenses in relation to any additional costs on the products in their trolley. Should a winner take any products that amount to less than K2,500, they forfeit the remaining balance. Should a winner take any products that amount to more than K2,500, the winner may either decide to forego products of their choosing or to pay in the balance owing.
• The winner indemnifies the Promoters, its directors, employees, shareholders and agents against any claim of whatsoever nature howsoever arising.
• Indemnities:
• Participant’s enter the Competition entirely at their own risk. The Promoter and its directors, affiliates, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers, contractors, any participating store and/or its subsidiaries cannot be held responsible or liable for any accident, injury, harm or loss suffered by any person or entity as a direct or indirect result of entering the Competition or suffered as a direct or indirect result of the utilisation in any way whatsoever of the prize won in terms of the Competition. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating, you indemnify, release and agree to hold harmless the Promoters, their associated, holding and subsidiary companies, and their directors, officers, agents, representatives, shareholders, employees, successors, and assigns, from all claims or liability arising from participation in the Competition, any Competition related activity, and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any prize. The Promoters will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of incomplete or incorrect information provided.
• No alcohol or cigarettes can be included in the trolley dash items
• There is no cash alternative available to this prize
• The trolley dash prize is not transferable
• No minors under the age of 18 can accompany the prize winner as the event will be filmed
• Only one person can enter the trolley dash
• Proof of identity is required on the day of the trolley dash
• Winner forfeits the prize if not available on the day of the trolley dash unless a proxy is appointed and CS is informed 24hrs before the event
• By participating in this competition, all players acknowledge and agree that Bwin Zambia, its affiliates, and its employees shall not be held responsible or liable for any personal injury, harm, or damages incurred during or because of participation in the competition. Each player acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their own wellbeing, safety, and physical condition. Participants should exercise caution, adhere to the rules and guidelines provided, and take appropriate measures to ensure their personal safety and wellbeing throughout the competition. By participating, players release and discharge Bwin Zambia from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their participation in the competition.
