• Indemnities:

• Participant’s enter the Competition entirely at their own risk. The Promoter and its directors, affiliates, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers, contractors, any participating store and/or its subsidiaries cannot be held responsible or liable for any accident, injury, harm or loss suffered by any person or entity as a direct or indirect result of entering the Competition or suffered as a direct or indirect result of the utilisation in any way whatsoever of the prize won in terms of the Competition. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating, you indemnify, release and agree to hold harmless the Promoters, their associated, holding and subsidiary companies, and their directors, officers, agents, representatives, shareholders, employees, successors, and assigns, from all claims or liability arising from participation in the Competition, any Competition related activity, and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any prize. The Promoters will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of incomplete or incorrect information provided.

• No alcohol or cigarettes can be included in the trolley dash items

• There is no cash alternative available to this prize

• The trolley dash prize is not transferable

• No minors under the age of 18 can accompany the prize winner as the event will be filmed

• Only one person can enter the trolley dash

• Proof of identity is required on the day of the trolley dash

• Winner forfeits the prize if not available on the day of the trolley dash unless a proxy is appointed and CS is informed 24hrs before the event

• By participating in this competition, all players acknowledge and agree that Bwin Zambia, its affiliates, and its employees shall not be held responsible or liable for any personal injury, harm, or damages incurred during or because of participation in the competition. Each player acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their own wellbeing, safety, and physical condition. Participants should exercise caution, adhere to the rules and guidelines provided, and take appropriate measures to ensure their personal safety and wellbeing throughout the competition. By participating, players release and discharge Bwin Zambia from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their participation in the competition.

AWARDING OF PRIZES

• Each day, the leaderboard will have 40 winners who will receive a prize according to the table above

• We will endeavour to update Leaderboard winners daily on the promotion page, but sometimes it may take up to 48 hours from the end of each promotional day to be updated

• Eligible Players who win will receive prizes accordingly to the table above.

• Winners will be contacted by phone calls within 72 hours of the winner being announced using the number they registered their account with. The winner will need to respond to the phone call to confirm acceptance of the prize plus confirm their address details that the prize will be sent to (if outside Lusaka), within 24 hours of the date of the phone call

• It is the participants’ responsibility to ensure that the phone number in their registered bwin account is correct. Failure to respond within 24 hours of contact from the Promoter may result in forfeit of the prize. If the Promoter deems the prize to have been forfeited, another winner may be chosen to receive the prize.

• Any personal information provided by participants shall be treated in accordance with BWIN Zambia’s privacy policy and applicable data protection legislation.

• The Promoter will use its reasonable efforts to ensure the prize is delivered to the winner within 72 hours from the date of acceptance.

• If a player wins one of the “Free Bets”, they will be credited to their bwin Zambia account within 72 hours of the closing of the daily leaderboard.

• Unless specified, the prize does not cover costs such as spending money, excursions, attractions, treatments, fuel costs and car hire.

• We reserve the right to withhold prizes unless proof of eligibility and identity has been confirmed and if such proof is not provided on request, to disqualify the winner from the promotion. No other winner will be chosen in this instance.
