General Terms & Conditions
• By taking part in this BWIN Zambia Promotion (the “Promotion”) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The promotional periods is ONLY from 16.11.23 (00:01 GMT) to 21.11.23 (23:59 GMT)
• The Promotion is open to residents of Zambia who are 18 and over who have a registered account at BWIN Zambia and who are not self-excluded, including with any National Self-Exclusion scheme.
• Winners will be required to satisfy any age, ID verification, responsible gambling, or other checks that the Promoter may perform in order to ensure the prizes are administered fairly and responsibly. The winner may be required to provide the Promoter with additional information and documents in order to satisfy such checks. Any failure to provide such information or documents, or to satisfy such checks will result in the winning entrant forfeiting the prize.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
• The promotional period is defined as: 16th November 2023 (00:01 GMT) – 21st November 2023 (23:59 GMT) (inclusive)
• This promotion rewards a single free bet up to K750 based on the cumulative amount bet during the promotional period.
• The amount of free bet awarded is as follows:

• The minimum qualifying bet amount during the promotional period in order to receive a free bet is K20
• Each qualifying bet must be a combination bet with a minimum of 3 selections and a minimum combined odds of 3
• A combination bet needs to include at least 1 game from the EURO qualifiers
• Free bets don’t qualify towards the wagering amount
• Cashed out bets don’t count towards the wagering amount
• Minimum bet per combination bet = K1
• Only 1 free bet per player during the promotional period
• Qualifying bets will be counted cumulatively during the promotional period to determine the amount of free bet they qualify for, according to the ranges specified above
• Only cash bets qualify for this promotion.
AWARDING OF FREE BETS
• The free bet will be credited to eligible player’s accounts within 48 hours after the end of the promotional period.
FREE BET TERMS
• If a player who receives the free bet is not eligible, the free bet will be cancelled
• Bwin reserves the right to cancel the free bet at any time
• Each free bet must be used in its entirety as a single bet
• Bets can include single selections or multiple selections in one bet
• If the free bet is placed on a selection that is later voided, the original bonus bet wagered amount will be returned to your account
• Any available free bet balance cannot be withdrawn
• In case you win using the free bet you will get the net pay out to your real balance
• The maximum pay out from the free bet will be 5,000 ZMW
• Each free bet is valid for 3 days after receiving it
