General Terms & Conditions
• By taking part in this BWIN Zambia Promotion (the “Promotion”) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The promotional period for this offer is limited to 1st of December to 31st of December inclusive, and is only available to participate on Saturdays during this time, considering it as the “promotional period”
• The Promotion is open to residents of Zambia who are 18 and over who have a registered account at BWIN Zambia and who are not self-excluded, including with any National Self-Exclusion scheme
• Winners will be required to satisfy any age, ID verification, responsible gambling, or other checks that the Promoter may perform in order to ensure the prizes are administered fairly and responsibly. The winner may be required to provide the Promoter with additional information and documents in order to satisfy such checks. Any failure to provide such information or documents, or to satisfy such checks will result in the winning entrant forfeiting the prize
• In accordance with industry regulations and to prevent fraudulent activity, all deposits made to user’s account must be played through at least once before being eligible for withdrawal. This requirement is in place to ensure the integrity of our gaming platform and to protect both the players and the website
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
• A player is eligible for the reward of 50% in free bets up to 200 ZMW from their deposit when they make a deposit of minimum 20 ZMW, which is not the first deposit since creation of the player’s BWIN Zambia account.
• A player can receive only one free bet reward during the whole promotional period (each Saturday of the month)
• The deposit of 20 ZMW needs to be done as a single deposit and only the first deposit during the promotional period (each Saturday of the month) count for receiving the free bet reward
• Players cannot receive more than one 200 ZMW free bet during each Saturday of the promotional period
• To be eligible for the bonus, players must first place a wager equal to 50% of their initial deposit (maximum amount to be wagered is 200 ZMW. For example if you deposited 500 ZMW the required wager amount to receive the bonus is 200 ZMW). Cashed-out bets do not qualify as met bet requirement.
• Players have the day of the deposit to complete this requirement. After this time if the criteria is not meet, they will no be eligible to receive the bonus. This requirement is in place to ensure that all players have an equal opportunity to take advantage of the bonus and to prevent abuse of the promotion
The Opt-in Terms & Conditions
• ALL PLAYERS MUST OPT-IN TO THE PROMOTION ONCE TO PARTICIPATE according to our Promo registration Terms and Conditions: Players are required to opt-in to a promotion to be eligible to participate in it and players must adhere to the specific Promo registration Terms and Conditions outlined by the website.
• Opting-in to the promotion can only be done once during the promotion period, and they will be included in the promotion only after completing this process
• For monthly promotions that run in specific days of the week (for example on weekends), the user will be entitled to receive the payment of the promotion from the following specific period (if user opt-in on Thursday will start participating from the promo only on Saturday), payments will not be retroactive. For daily repetitive promotions, players must opt-in at least once within the promotional period. In cases where the promotional period is monthly and the promotion occurs only on specific days (e.g., weekends), the player will be entered into the next applicable promotional period. No retroactive payments will be made.
• To opt-in, players must input their unique User ID on the main promotions page of the website. It is the player’s responsibility to make sure the User ID they input is correct. An incorrect User ID will mean a player is not registered into the promotion.
• By opting into the promotion, players acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions associated with the promotion.
• We reserve the right to change, modify, or amend the terms and conditions of the promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice to the players. By participating in the promotion, players acknowledge and accept this possibility.
AWARDING OF FREE BETS
• The free bets will be credited to eligible player’s accounts within 48 hours after the end of each promotional period
FREE BET TERMS
• If a player who receives the free bet is not eligible, the free bet will be cancelled
• Bwin reserves the right to cancel the free bet at any time
• A free bet must be used in its entirety as a single bet
• Bets can include single selections or multiple selections in one bet
• If the free bet is placed on a selection that is later voided, the original bonus bet wagered amount will be returned to your account
• Any available free bet balance cannot be withdrawn
• In case you win using the free bet you will get the net pay out to your real balance
• The maximum pay out from the free bet will be 5,000 ZMW
• Each free bet is valid for 3 days after receiving it

• The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this Competition, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
• The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Zambian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
