General Terms & Conditions
• By taking part in this BWIN Zambia Promotion (the “Promotion”) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The promotional periods is 04.12.23 (00:01 GMT) – 10.12.23 (23:59 GMT)
• The Promotion is open to residents of Zambia who are 18 and over who have a registered account at BWIN Zambia and who are not self-excluded, including with any National Self-Exclusion scheme.
• Employees of the Promoter, any agency or other persons directly or indirectly connected with the Promoter or any such person’s agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to submit an entry for this Promotion or to be nominated.
• Winners will be required to satisfy any age, ID verification, responsible gambling, or other checks that the Promoter may perform in order to ensure the prizes are administered fairly and responsibly. The winner may be required to provide the Promoter with additional information and documents in order to satisfy such checks. Any failure to provide such information or documents, or to satisfy such checks will result in the winning entrant forfeiting the prize.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
• To take part in the promotion a player must make at least one sports bet (prematch and live only) with a minimum wager of 1 ZMW at minimum odds of 1.5 with at least 3 selections. If this bet is a winning bet and is being settled within the promotional period, it constitutes a bet qualified for this promotion.
• Only cash bets qualify for this promotion.
• Cashed out bets do not qualify for this promotion.
• Refunded Combo Protector bets do not qualify for this promotion.
• A player receives virtual points equal to the total odds of each qualified bet. See below for examples.
o If a player’s qualified bet has odds of 250, then that bet will be awarded 250 points. If a player has 3 qualified bets, with odds of 20, 30 and 40, then the total points awarded will be 20+30+40=90 points.
• The total odds of all qualifying bets will be added up over the promotional period. The top 100 players with the most points will win a free bet prize.
• Additionally, the top 3 players with the highest combined odds in their qualifying bets of that day will each win a 200 ZMW free bet “daily prize”.
• Points will be rounded up to the nearest whole number each day.
AWARDING OF PRIZES
• Each week, the leaderboard will have 100 winners who will receive a prize according to the table above.
• Leaderboard winners will be announced on the promotion page within 72 hours from the end of the promotional period.
• Additionally, the top 3 players with the highest combined odds in their qualifying bets of that day will each win a 200 ZMW free bet “daily prize”. Specifcally, for the daily prize:
o In order for a qualified bet to be eligible for the daily prize, the qualified bet must be settled on the same day (00:01 GMT – 23:59 GMT)
o In the event of a tie on the daily prize event, the player whose single winning combination ticket had more selections will win
o If the number of selections is identical, the player whose winning bet had the highest wager amount will win
o No one player can win more than one daily free prize during the promotional period. In the event the same player qualifies for the daily prize more than once, we reserve the right to pass the prize down to the player with the next lower combined odds in a qualifying bet, who did not win a daily prize earlier in same promotional period, to promote fairness and diversity.
• If a player wins any of the prizes, these will be credited to their account within 48 to 72 hours after the promotional period has ended.
FREE BET TERMS
• If a player who receives the free bet is not eligible, the free bet will be cancelled
• Bwin reserves the right to cancel the free bet at any time
• A free bet must be used in its entirety as a single bet
• Bets can include single selections or multiple selections in one bet
• If the free bet is placed on a selection that is later voided, the original bonus bet wagered amount will be returned to your account

• Any available free bet balance cannot be withdrawn

• These free bets are available on sports betting events only (pre-match & live)

• The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict your access to this or any other Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
• Where the Promoter suspects that a winning participant is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend and/or remove that participant from the Promotion, and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
• The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social network.
• The Promoter assumes no responsibility or liability for: (i) communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion; (ii) inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof; or (iii) to the fullest extent allowed by law, any loss or injury resulting from Promotion participation or the acceptance of a prize.
• The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this Promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
• The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by Zambian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
