General Terms & Conditions
• By taking part in this BWIN Zambia Promotion (the “Promotion”) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The promotional periods is 13.11.23 (00:01 GMT) – 19.11.23 (23:59 GMT)
• The Promotion is open to residents of Zambia who are 18 and over who have a registered account at BWIN Zambia and who are not self-excluded, including with any National Self-Exclusion scheme.
• Employees of the Promoter, any agency or other persons directly or indirectly connected with the Promoter or any such person’s agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to submit an entry for this Promotion or to be nominated.
• Winners will be required to satisfy any age, ID verification, responsible gambling, or other checks that the Promoter may perform in order to ensure the prizes are administered fairly and responsibly. The winner may be required to provide the Promoter with additional information and documents in order to satisfy such checks. Any failure to provide such information or documents, or to satisfy such checks will result in the winning entrant forfeiting the prize.
• Bwin Zambia reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any promotional offer at our own discretion.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
• A total amount of 50,000 ZMW in free bets are available during the promotional period 16.10.23 (00:01 GMT) – 22.10.23 (23:59 GMT)
• To take part in the promotion a player must have the game Aviator open and active.
• Only one claim per customer per Rain shower is possible.
• Rain can only be claimed by the user clicking on the ‘Claim’ button in the Rain in Chat.
• The minimum cashout amount for which freebets can be used is 2x
• Subject to the minimum cashout amount, the cash winnings are calculated (on a successful cashout) as (freebet stake) x (cashout multiple) – (freebet stake).
AWARDING OF PRIZES
• Freebets awarded during the Aviator Big Storm promotion happen daily at random time intervals.
• Each freebet rain has a value of 5 ZMW
• To be eligible to claim the 5 ZMW rain, the customer must have staked a minimum of 2 ZMW in the previous 30 minutes on Aviator
• At each occurrence of Aviator Rain, Rain is claimed on a first come, first served basis.
• Free Bets are being credited as soon as they are claimed in the in-game chat.
• Only one claim per customer per Rain shower is possible.
• Once claimed, a player has 30 minutes to use the free bet before it expires
• Rain must be claimed within 30 minutes of it appearing in the Chat area
FREE BET TERMS
• Bwin reserves the right to cancel the free bet at any time
• A free bet must be used in its entirety as a single bet
• The minimum cashout amount for which freebets can be used is 2x
• The only game for which Aviator freebets are valid is Aviator by Spribe.

• The Promoter assumes no responsibility or liability for: (i) communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion; (ii) inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof; or (iii) to the fullest extent allowed by law, any loss or injury resulting from Promotion participation or the acceptance of a prize.
• The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this Promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
• The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by Zambian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
