General Terms & Conditions
• By taking part in this BWIN Zambia Promotion (the “Promotion”) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The promotional period for this offer is from 03.07.23 UTC 00:01 to 30.07.23 UTC 23:59 considering it as the “promotional period”
• The Promotion encompasses four entire week-long rounds, as follows:
o Round One runs between 00:01 UTC on the 3rd of July 2023 until the 9th of July 2023 23:59 UTC.
o Round Two runs between 00:01 UTC on the 10th of July 2023 until the 16th of July 2023 23:59 UTC.
o Round Three runs between 00:01 UTC on the 17th of July 2023 until the 23rd of July 2023 23:59 UTC.
o Round Four runs between 00:01 UTC on the 24th of July 2023 until the 30th of July 2023 23:59 UTC.
• The Promotion is open to residents of Zambia who are 18 and over who have a registered account at BWIN Zambia and those residents who make a minimum bet of 20 ZMW in participating games at least once during each of Bwin Zambia’s promotional periods for this Competition and who are not self-excluded, including with any National Self-Exclusion scheme.
• Employees of the Promoter, any agency or other persons directly or indirectly connected with the Promoter or any such person’s agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to submit an entry for this Competition or to be nominated.
• Winners will be required to satisfy any age, ID verification, responsible gambling or other checks that the Promoter may perform in order to ensure the prizes are administered fairly and responsibly. The winner may be required to provide the Promoter with additional information and documents in order to satisfy such checks. Any failure to provide such information or documents, or to satisfy such checks will result in the winning entrant forfeiting the prize.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
• The Promotion is available to play in real mode only.
• The participating games in the campaign are the ones included in the subcategory “Spin it to Win it” in the Casino tab
• Any points scored during a round will contribute to the player’s total score that will be shown on the leaderboard. The player’s total score for a given round is calculated by the addition of the points scored during that round played on participating games during the tournament period for the Promotion.
• Spins as a result of a Bonus Buy are not eligible in this promotion and will NOT score points for the player.
Points are calculated differently in each round. Players will score points as follows:
1. Round One:
• 20 ZMW wagered = 1 point
2. Round Two:
• 20 ZMW wagered = 1 point
• Three consecutive losses = 1 point
• >10x stake win = 10 points
3. Round Three:
• 1 spin = 1 point
4. Round Four:
• 1 spin = 1 point
• 50x-199x stake win = 100 points
• >200x stake win = 500 points

• The cash prizes and associated winning players will be communicated to the operator upon each round’s completion and are to be credited to the winning players’ accounts by the operator themselves.
• The cash prizes shall be credited to the players’ accounts as withdrawable cash funds within 72 hours (3 business days) after the end of each round.
• Prize pool and minimum bet for this campaign are set up in EUR and will be subject to currency conversion fluctuations dependent on the currency used for gameplay.
• The currency conversion rates are set automatically by the game provider 72 hours before the Promotion starts, and the values will remain the same during the whole tournament period and the Promotion.
• The game provider reserves the right to void scores, or not pay out a prize, where all or part of the score results from any error, mistake, hack, manipulation, cheating, collusion, or technical fault (including incorrect game pay-outs) whether caused by a machine or human error in respect of any of the participating games.
• The game provider reserves the right to amend or cancel the campaign at any time.

• The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict your access to this or any other Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
• Where the Promoter suspects that a winning participant is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend and/or remove that participant from the Promotion, and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
• The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social network.
• The Promoter assumes no responsibility or liability for: (i) communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion; (ii) inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof; or (iii) to the fullest extent allowed by law, any loss or injury resulting from Promotion participation or the acceptance of a prize.
• The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this Promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
• The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by Zambian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
