Please check to see whether the activation code SMS was sent to your cell phone.

In the event that you did not get it, please log in to your account and go to the My Profile section. You will find an option there that allows you to get the code resent to your mobile device.

  • Please visit our online website.
  • Login to your account.
  • Go to the menu of the user.
  • Then, choose the Edit Profile option.
  • Choose “Change Password.”
  • Enter your current password, then a new one, and then confirm that your new password is correct.
  • Click the “Change Password” button.

After logging in, go to the user menu and choose Edit Profile from the drop-down list. 

Follow these procedures in order to restore your password for your account:

  • To sign in, choose the Login tab.
  • Simply follow the link labeled “Forgot Password?”
  • Enter the five-digit number that was sent to your phone, as well as a new password.
  • Verify and then save the changes.
