FAQ - General

1. You can access your bwin account by logging in.
2. Make one sports betting selection (minimum odds of 1)
3. Make sure that your selection is eligible for the free bet by looking at the terms and conditions first.

5. Choose your free bet by checking the box labeled “Use Free Bet” on the Betslip and entering the amount of your free bet.
6. Your free bet will be placed after clicking on the “Place a Bet Bonus” button.
7. Have fun with your free bet at bwin!
8. A receipt for the wager that you placed will be sent to you as a confirmation automatically.

A ticket can have a maximum of 50 matches on it at one time, which is the maximum allowed.

The minimum stake that can be placed on any betting event is 1 ZMW.

The Betslip includes specific information regarding the bets that you intend to place. It may include events (matches) from the same league or from completely different leagues, as well as bets on a variety of different types of bets.

In order to verify the information on your bet slip:

1. Log in to your account and navigate to your profile page. 
2. Select the “My Bets” tab.
3. A list of all of your bets will appear; however, you must first specify the time period over which you wish to view them. The bet slips, include bets from today, the past three days, a month ago, and so on.
4. Now, you can view the time when the bet was placed as well as the current status of the trade (settled or pending). What kind of deal was played (LIVE or pre-match) and on what kind of coefficient the bet was placed.

First, log in to your account in order to place a bet, and then do the following:

1. Select the game, the sport that you want to bet on, and the type of bet that you want to make:
2. Select the Betslip icon from the menu located in the footer.
3. Click on the odds of the selected bet type.
4. To add your stake amount, click the option labeled “stake.”
5. Once you have entered the amount that you wish to bet, click the “Place a Bet” option.

Success! You are free to continue betting! 

First things first, you should know that our sports betting app is only available on Android-based mobile devices.

Here are the steps to follow to download it from both your smartphone and tablet:

1. To download the bwin Betting App, you must first allow applications from unknown sources: Settings—-> Security—-> Allow the installation of applications from unknown sources.
2. Access the bwin website with your smartphone or tablet.
3. Download here  with your Android device.
4. Open the bwin apk once its download is finished.
5. Click on Install twice.
